The series spawned six manga adaptations, a light novel, three video games and a feature-length anime film which was released in Japan on April 25, 2009. Eureka and Renton are relieved that they can now live a normal life together, and after agreeing to return to Bellforest, they kiss a second time before returning to the planet.
