I have been a member of Virgin Active a VERY long time. Companies can't alter or remove reviews from ProductReview.com.au.I do not normally write any reviews online but I am extremely satisfied with my Gym and the Virgin Active Moore Park crew deserved to know for the amazing jobs that they have been doing for over the last 5 years.I have been with Virgin Active Moore Park Gym since 2015. Virgin Active aims to help members live happily ever active.
!I've joined Virgin Active 4 times - 3 at Pitt St & 1 at Bligh St.
He insisted that I had to sign the Form in front of him and that he would be writing all the feedback and comments.
So they have continued to steal my money for almost a year. Finally I got the blank Form (had to pick it up off the reception desk and was chased to the lift by [Name Removed]while trying to leave - he was trying to get it back off me). Virgin Active Pitt St. Suddenly the Club Manager '[Name Removed]' appears (he knows all about it ) and refuses to give me the Form. Before I joined, I was told that I can use any club.
So much more than a gym
The equipment and the cleanliness going down.
However I will NEVER NEVER come back again doesn't matter how good the classes are and how cool the club is, becoz their staff are the worst rubbish ever. I am considering switching gyms to the Virgin Active on Pitt st. I completed the Form at home with my feedback and emailed it to the Club.

Mr. Branson if you read this I hope you’re a little bit peeved at the majority of your “professional” staff...maybe some more traditional basic fundamental company values need to be applied to make these gyms more of a staple in this super competitive field of work.I would not recommend this organisation to anyone. For us, living actively isn’t just about building muscles or breaking records. It's better to go somewhere near your home, go home shower then go to work; even if it takes you a little longer. Cleanliness of gym is generally of a good standard. Majority of members are polite and respectful.I am happy with the environment and facilities at Moorepark virginactive but after a week exercising I injured my back in a way that even couldn't walk. I believe it's not a random case as I had bad experience every single time!!! BUT the gym seems more focused on money than its clients. It is very convenient and this is one of the reasons, I have been loyal to Virgin Active. I then asked reception to send me the Form please - they refused to email me the Form and told me that I had to come into the Cl...ub.
